Exchange and Returns – 30-Day Building Challenge Calendar

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within five working days of receiving the return.

Step 2: Send your order along with the completed return form to the address provided. Always include a Track & Trace code to track your return. As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.

Step 3: Receive your refund – Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the purchase amount within five working days to your original payment method.


COSTS OF RETURN

📌 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
📌 If you received the wrong product or variant, you do not need to return it – we will send you the correct item free of charge.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

Step 3: Send your order – Ship the items via a postal service that provides a Track & Trace code.
Step 4: Receive your refund – Once we receive and process your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within five working days.

💡 Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
✔ Bank transfer refunds will be credited to your bank account.
✔ Klarna payments will be removed from your invoice.
✔ Credit card payments will be refunded to your credit card balance.


RETURN CONDITIONS
